Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, or using ENVV, you agree to these terms with Rondanini Publishing Ltd. If you do not agree, do not use the software.
License
- Community — free tier for CLI sync, snapshots, and audit within stated limits.
- ENVV Pro — subscription grants use while active, typically up to three activations.
- ENVV Team — per-seat subscription (minimum three seats) with per-seat license keys.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software except as expressly permitted.
Your responsibilities
- You provide your own API tokens for the hosting providers and AI vendors ENVV connects to (BYOK).
- You are responsible for reviewing changes before applying or redeploying, and for backups of your snapshots.
- You are responsible for compliance with each provider’s terms, and for keeping your license key confidential.
Payments
Checkout and billing are handled by Polar. Prices on the marketing site are shown in USD; checkout on Polar is USD. Subscriptions renew until cancelled.
Disclaimer
ENVV is provided “as is”. It writes to third-party provider APIs and can trigger deployments at your direction; you are responsible for the changes you apply. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.
