Who we are
ENVV is operated by Rondanini Publishing Ltd (“we”, “us”), part of the Berta.one fleet. Contact: info@rondanini.com. Website: envv.berta.one.
What ENVV is
ENVV is a command center for environment variables. The CLI runs on your machine and reads env vars from your hosting providers using your API tokens. Snapshots are stored locally (or in your own database on self-hosted cloud deployments). We do not host your secrets on our servers.
Data we collect
Website (envv.berta.one)
- Essential cookies — cookie consent via PlainConsent (stored in your browser).
- Analytics — Google Analytics, only if you accept cookies in our banner.
- Newsletter — if you submit your email, we store it with Brevo to send product updates. Unsubscribe anytime.
Purchases
Payments are processed by Polar, which collects the billing details required to complete your order. See Polar’s privacy policy. Order and license-key emails are sent via Brevo from info@berta.one.
Your fleet data
Your provider API tokens and the env vars ENVV reads (OpenAI, Anthropic, Netlify, Railway,
Render, etc.) stay in your .env file and local snapshots — never in our
database. The public demo uses anonymized sample data only.
Legal bases (UK / GDPR)
- Contract — processing needed to deliver software and support you purchased.
- Legitimate interest — site security and aggregated analytics (with consent).
- Consent — non-essential cookies, analytics, and marketing email.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold about you by emailing info@rondanini.com. You may withdraw cookie consent at any time by clearing site data for envv.berta.one in your browser, and unsubscribe from email via the link in any message.
Retention
Order records are retained as required for tax and accounting. Analytics data is governed by Google’s retention settings. Local ENVV data on your machine is under your control.
